At Ride Nutrition, we want to ensure you are fully fueled and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and sealed supplements and gear.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship It Back
Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
